Youth Performance Programs
At CjTurn2Fitness, athletic development is so important because it lays the foundation for future success. If your child already knows how to engage their core properly to perform a complex movement, then they can focus on the building blocks of their sport instead of the foundation of their body. Having this knowledge can also help your child prevent injuries and sustain a longer future in athletics. Not only do we give them knowledge on mechanics but we also introduce them to proper nutrition and hydration.

Make no mistake about it, we can help you shed pounds, increase muscle mass and your 1RM but that's just the beginning. We are dedicated to helping athlete's of all levels increase speed, agility, balance, hand-eye coordination, strength and overall physique while giving you tips on proper nutrition and hydration. This won't be your run of the mill workout but instead 60 minutes of optimal performance. Athletes from ages 13-92 are welcome!

Our athletic performance assessment consists of a conversation about your goals, health history and any injuries you might have.
